Onyx Services Group a leading player in fire safety, are delighted to announce the successful acquisition of SGN Fire and Security completed February 2021.
SGN’s operations and staff will move from the current base in Basildon to Onyx Services new, larger premises in Dartford Kent.
The acquisition of SGN broadens the range of solutions and services, allowing Onyx to expand its reach into the active fire and security arenas.
Onyx Managing Director Joseph Mason commented “I’m very excited to be welcoming the team from SGN into the Onyx family. The skills, expertise, and client base that SGN brings to Onyx fits perfectly with our ambitious growth plans.

The company has now re-branded to become Onyx Fire and Security.
